KARHU was founded in 1916 by the company: AB Sport Artiklar and had a Bear as its logo. In 1920, the company Ab Sport Artiklar decided to continue under the name Karhu (Karhu means BEAR in Finnish).

BOOMBOXX was founded in 2014 by Emile van Embden. Boomboxx is a unique store offering a combination of sneakers, accessories, and (streetwear) clothing for men and women.
Boomboxx is a brand store for clothing brands such as Carhartt WIP, Woodbird, Brixton, HUF, Anerkjendt, Edwin Europe, Pockies, and Collectiq.
In addition to clothing, we are also a Sneakerstore and sell sneakers from Asics, Karhu, Mizuno, Saucony, Puma, Clae, Garment Project, and SUBU Tokyo.
We constantly strive to stay up-to-date with fresh products that we sell in our store in Gouda and through our webshop.
In addition to our aforementioned Sneakers & Streetwear, we have a very wide range of accessories including beanies, hats, caps, underwear, watches, sunglasses, bags, jewelry, and exclusive coffee table books.
