How do I request a return?
Send an email to info@boomboxx.nl with your name, order number and which item you wish to return.
Within how many days can I return?
You have 14 days after receipt to register a return. After registration, you have another 14 days to send it back.
What are the return conditions?
Unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are for your own account.
When will I get my money back?
Within 14 days of receipt and approval via the original payment method.
Can I also exchange it?
Exchanges are not possible. Please return and place a new order.
