The day has finally arrived: our new webshop is live.
After months of designing, tweaking, adjusting, tweaking some more, irritation, and sometimes frustration, the moment had come: the foundation was finally ready, and by foundation we mean the design and the customer flow. A webshop isn't much of a webshop if there are no products to find, so that was the next step.
Because we didn't just build a webshop, but switched to a fully integrated POS and webshop system, all products had to be added. This way, the store and webshop work together seamlessly.
The current stock level in the store is therefore the same as the stock in the webshop. The great thing is that when a product is scanned in the store, it is immediately placed 'on hold' in the webshop. As soon as the product has been paid for in the store, the stock is updated immediately. Two birds with one stone, you might say.
As of today, September 1, the Boomboxx webshop is joining forces with the Boomboxx store. All the products we have in the store are also available online—that wasn't the case in the past! If you prefer shopping online instead of in our store, that's no problem at all. If you spot something on our social media channels, you can also order it and pick it up in our store in Gouda. We look forward to welcoming you to Zeugstraat 52, the Boutiquestraat.
